This process is a bit different from the Flexographic Printing in which the desired images/words were being transferred directly onto the WPP rolls, bags & fabrics.
Where as in this process a thin film of BOPP is passed through Gravure process to obtain the sharp and accurate image and then laminated onto the WPP Bags.
It can be produced in Glossy and Matt finishes amongst which mostly demanded is Glossy finish. We produce the fabrics in a tubular form where the film is laminated to the fabric on both sides & single side according to customers’ requirements.
Related artwork is prepared in particular computer applications by the experienced designers in which any type of photographic image can also be printed; which gives a characteristic look which enhances packaging experience; when compared to the normal WPP bags.

Bi-axially Oriented Poly Propylene film is laminated with PP woven fabric and finally stitching and cutting has been done as per requirement. What is Bopp Bag?
BOPP bag has different layers in the bag and they are also known as Multi-layer bag, HDPE/PP woven fabric is one of the layers in the bag, Firstly we prepare multi-colored BOPP films through engraved cylinders and Rotogravures reverse printing technology. Then it is laminated with HDPE/PP woven fabrics and finally, the cutting and stitching are done as per the requirements.
The printing process is done through engraved cylinders and Rotogravures reverse printing technology, up to 8 colors can be printed on the single Bag , our graphics department can help you develop various customized designs for the particular product with the specific images and background colors etc., once the designs are finalized the cylinders are engraved to print the same.
The BOPP bag’s appeal includes dimensional stability, maximum water resistance, and high impact graphics that improve marketability, as well as optional anti-skid features. A key feature is that the same packaging equipment used for multiwall paper bags can be used to pack open mouthed BOPP bags.

- EZ open bags means they can be opened from the mouth side easily
- You just have to hold the wide tape & pull the narrow tape and it will easily open the stitch from the mouth side of the bag
- Once the bag is opened cannot be re-stitched again and this will avoid the duplication
- We have consistency on the stitching of EZ opening as no space is left and the materials will not be leaked
- We are using PP laminated materials for the Narrow tape as well as wide tape, so the whole bag can be recycled.
