HDPE/PP Woven Fabrics (Laminated/ Unlaminated)

We manufacture, PP/HDPE woven fabric, laminated / un-laminated in different shades, width & length as per customer’s demand which provides sturdy and economical packaging option for diverse industries across the world.

Due to lightness in weight its best suited for packaging. We offer it in roll form as well in open flat form.

HDPE/PP Fabrics are used for wrapping of paper rolls, textile fabrics, old cloth, all type of rubber tyres, steel coils, galvanized pipes, etc. The fabric is generally packed in roll form and can be run on automatic cutting and stitching machines. Fabrics are manufactured according to the need for our customers.

We can offer these fabrics in different colours, width, weight and mesh.

We manufacture Flat / Circular HDPE (High Density Poly Ethylene) / PP (Poly Propylene) fabrics for converting into packaging, sheltering & covering products.

The Fabrics is available in Laminated and Unlaminated form through our in-house lamination facility.

Features
  • We have with us extensive experience in successfully understanding as well as meeting the supply demands of HDPE / PP open wide width flat fabrics.
  • These find application in Tubular Plants and can be made available in both laminated & plain finishes.
  • These fabrics are specially made by us for back seam plants to make tubular bags.
  • Size variations will be very less in this kind of fabrics.
  • Fabrics available in jumbo rolls like 10,000 meters in a single roll.
  • Wastage will be very less because extra care is taken as we know this is used in back seam plants.
  • This fabric has got a special heat cutting / ultra-sonic cutting on both sides which seals the edge of the fabric and avoids the thread removal.

(7) PP/HDPE WOVEN FABRICS WITH GUSSETS (LAMINATED /UNLAMINATED)
Features
  • HDPE / PP woven fabrics available in roll to roll forms with side gussets.
  • Unprinted BOPP films laminated with HDPE / PP Fabrics in Roll form and open flat form.
  • Gussets available in regular center gussets & shifted gussets.
  • Gussets can be customized from 1” inch (2.54 cm) from to 10” inch (25.4 cm) & above.
